Mr. Barber was the first foreigner to hold an airline operating certificate in Croatia where he was one of the founding fathers of the American Chamber of Commerce. His airline, Ivan Air, was the first airline to fly into Sarajevo, Bosnia Hezegovina after the Bosnia War ended. He has extensive flight experience with United Nation contracts around the world. He currently has two aviation companies, one in the United States of America and the other in Kiev, Ukraine.
