Mr. Otero's mastering of the pharmaceutical Quality Systems, the constant pursuit of better and efficient ways to accomplish compliance, and his management skills separate him from his peers.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Mr. Otero's greatest career achievement so far was the streamlining Quality Systems that resulted in reducing the product disposition cycle time from 95 days to 35 days in 4 months.

Mr. Otero is very proud of maintaining a healthy balance between his professional live and his family responsibilities. He started early in his live to be associated with the pharmaceuticals business, as well as growing and nurturing his family.
He is married to Sandy, which he proudly calls "the most wonderful and beautiful woman in the world". They have three kids, Kristian, Karina and Kristofer.
He has more than 15 years of management experience, specifically on the managing multi-level Quality Organizations. His main professional focus has been on continuously improve the Quality Systems, and creating a cooperation atmosphere with his Operations counterparts.
He has always been recognized as an asset on the professional environment, which helped him to progressively increase his responsibilities and leadership roles.
Highlight of career?:
The most gratifying aspect of his career is to demonstrate his knowledge of Quality Systems by dramaticly reducing the timeline of product disposition in several facilities.
