He became involved in his profession because he studied architectural engineering and started in consulting, but always wanted innovative design work.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Sine has been the director of energy and engineering services with HT Lyons since 2007 and was engineer manager prior to that during his 15 years with the company. He has been in the industry since 1991. He has presented at national conferences for ASHRAE in Tennessee and in Washington D.C. for energy conference.

He was one of the first LEED Registered Professionals in Penn. and designed and built one of the first commercial LEED Gold buildings in 2003. That design is still Energy Star today. He specializes in difficult designs and has built an energy group within arguably the largest contracting network to self performing energy type installations in all of Northeast US. He works well with ESCOs and created a business model for commercial and industrial off-balance sheet projects that are unique.

Running the energy and engineering services division in the commercial, industrial and institutional sector; Responsible for highly technical projects from concept to implementation; Overseeing all aspects including the engineering team, sales, financials, energy efficiencies, etc.
